Enhancing
Women and Girls through Sport for Development (ENWAGS) is a local NGO operating in Sierra Leone, registered
under the Ministry of Finance and Development and works closely with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. The NGO was
officially launched on the 5th December 2006 by the former Minister of Youth and Sport, Dr Dennis Bright and has since made
progress in promoting women and girls in sport.
